As per changes to the Board of Regents Policy 940.13, approved by the BOR on July 10, 2025, a new American Indian Tuition Waiver is required. Students who were deemed eligible and received the American Indian Tuition Waiver prior to Fall term 2026 may continue to receive the waiver under the prior eligibility criteria through completion of their current undergraduate degree. Such students must still maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) as defined by their campus to receive the waiver.

Tuition Waivers eligibility and selection criteria vary. Certain waivers require a separate application form and, in some cases, additional documentation to qualify.
