The Power of One Week highlights the power that each of us has to make a difference, join a movement, and get involved in improving the world we live in. This year’s theme is "Changing Communities" and will focus on providing the education, information, and empowerment that we need to improve our communities. Events are open to the public!

I.N.K. brings the positivity to poetry! They are a poetry duo that brings high energy poetry with a comedic twist. “The Penn And Teller Of Poetry” have appeared at finals of the National Poetry Slam, and, at colleges all across the country. Biracial poet and MC, Courageous, and mental health advocate Lane Shuler deliver a show that combines poetry, comedy, and hip-hop into an energetic show that is educational and entertaining.They have appeared on TV One, GSN, HGTV, Food Network, and Oprah Winfrey’s Oxygen Network. Their differing racial and life backgrounds create entertaining perspectives on life.
