International students during International Education WeekInternational Education Week (IEW)

The annual U.S. State Department designated International Education Week occurs in early November to showcase the importance of international education on U.S. campuses and within the local communities. During this week, the Office of International Studies (OIS) collaborates with multiple departments, on-campus clubs, and food services to put together a series of events and displays throughout campus.

Previously, OIS has hosted international careers panels, study abroad seminars, international faculty receptions, world languages exhibits, international movie nights, multicultural dances, and more. OIS also works closely with Sodexo, MSUB's food service provider to put together an international menu for the week, showcasing different regions of the world each day.

OIS will post the IEW events schedule closer to November. All events are open to the public.
