Collaboration Application

The Student Activities Board wants to collaborate and partner with other student organizations to make campus events and programs more successful. To get the information the board needs to make effective decisions, SAB has developed an application for collaboration. 

In addition to this application, SAB requests for a member of your student organization to attend a 15 minute meeting with the board to go over the potential partnership.
