MSU BILLINGS FOUNDATION NEWS—Tickets are now on sale for the MSU Billings Foundation’s Daring Pairing: Spanish Flavor event on Monday, Oct. 22 at 6-8 p.m. Daring Pairing is the first pre-event kicking off the 2019 Wine & Food Festival, an annual fundraiser for MSU Billings student scholarships.
Enjoy a tapas tasting tour featuring wines of Spain at Hilands Golf Club, located at 714 Poly Drive. A variety of food stations, each featuring a chef’s specialty paired with Spanish wine, await guests at the culinary event of the season.
Tickets are available at winefoodfestival.com for $75 per person, and attendees also have the chance to win a 1.5-liter bottle of Prisoner Red Blend 2015 from Prisoner Wine Company.
Since 1992, Wine & Food Festival has been an integral fundraiser for the MSU Billings Foundation. The 2018 festival saw $335,000 in net proceeds. The week-long 2019 festival will take place May 13-18 with home cooking schools, winemaster and brewmaster events, all culminating with a “Fine Finish under the Grand Tent” on Saturday, May 18.
