After reserving a room or space, follow the steps below to promote your event at MSU Billings.

MSU Billings promotional channels

  • Master Calendar

    • Faculty, staff, and some students use the Master Calendar to keep track of university events.
    • Individuals can subscribe to Master Calendar to have events automatically populated to their personal calendar.
    • Submissions can be made to the Master Calendar, by clicking "log in" at the top right corner, and signing in with your NetID and password.
    • Contact Dillon Deffinbaugh if issues arise.
  • Monitor Slides

  • Press Release: Promote events to community members

    • Minimum of ten business days lead time
  • Social media

    • Register social media accounts with UCAM to be listed among official MSU Billings Social Media Sites
    • Create a Facebook event on your organization's Facebook page
    • List @msubillings as a co-host for your Facebook event
    • Tag @msubillings in your Facebook post for a repost
    • Tag @msubillings on Instagram and for a reshare

  • Promotional materials: Major events and community events only

    • Ex. poster, postcards, flyers, brochures, and more
    • Individual departments will be responsible for payment for printing expenses
    • Complete the Design Request Form a minimum of ten days in advance for consideration
