Call to Artists and Writers by The Rook

Students encouraged to submit work by Feb. 28

MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — The Rook, MSU Billings’ Literary/Art Magazine, is now accepting submissions from artists and writers at MSUB. Deadline to submit is Feb. 28.

 

It is open to all students who are looking to showcase their talent in the next edition of The Rook. This is a great opportunity for artists and writers to display their work for everyone to admire.

Details:

  • Deadline is Feb. 28, 2018
  • Send all submissions to therook@msubillings.edu. Each submission must be emailed separately with “submission” in the subject field.
  • Include name, email address, title of work, and a short biography in submission email
  • Artists
    • All forms of art including Sculptures, Ceramics, Paintings, and/or Photography
    • Send 300 DPI in a PDF format
    • Writers
      • Poems, Short Stories, Novel Excerpts, Creative Nonfiction, Original Translations, Critical Essays
      • 5000 Word Limit
