MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — Flutist Trisha Loewen will perform her senior recital on Saturday, at 7:30 p.m., in Cisel Recital Hall on the Montana State University Billings campus.
Loewen is a graduate of Glasgow High School. She transferred to MSUB from Dawson Community College in Glendive, where she earned associate degrees in art and applied science of music technology.
While at MSUB, she has been active in the Symphonic Band as the principal flutist and served for two years as the president of the local chapter of the Collegiate Music Educators National Conference.
Loewen will receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in music with a performance option in May.
Trisha will perform works by Bach, Poulenc, Rachmaninoff and Mozart. The recital is free of admission and is open to the public.
