MSU Billings music students present Jazz Band concert

Funk, blues, bebop, swing and salsa will be featured
MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — he MSU Billings Department of Music presents the Yellowjacket Jazz Big Band and Combo playing a tantalizing mix of funk, blues, bebop, swing and salsa on April 24.
Composers featured include Miles Davis, Charles Mingus, Thad Jones, Tower of Power and local drummer and educator Matt Devitt.
The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in Cisel Recital Hall on MSU Billings’ four-year campus. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and students. MSU Billings student admission is free with a valid MSU Billings ID.
