MSU Billings teams up with ConocoPhillips on Halloween event at Garfield School

MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — Montana State University Billings is teaming up with ConocoPhillips to provide a South Side neighborhood Halloween event at Garfield School.
Through its outreach effort with the Garfield Community Resource Center and in collaboration with the Kids on Campus staff at MSU Billings Downtown, the university and the refinery are organizing “Ghosts at Garfield” on Friday, Oct. 29 from 4-6 p.m. at Garfield School, 3212 1st Ave. South.
The event is free and open to the community, but all children need to be accompanied by an adult.
Events include trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating, games and crafts.
