Attorney to discuss law and the arts Friday

MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — Bill Frazier, former chairman of the Montana Arts Council and attorney based in Big Timber, will be speaking about “Law and the Arts” Friday at Montana State University Billings. The talk, which is free and open to the public, will be at 1 p. m. in LI 152 on the MSU Billings main campus.
Frazier will address legal issues artists often confront, such as copyrights, giclee (high-quality ink jet) prints, auctions and contracts. He will also take questions from the audience.
Frazier likes to travel and collect art and helped form the Two Rivers Gallery in Big Timber.
