MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — As many youngsters anxiously await loading up on candy for Halloween, some at Montana State University Billings are concentrating on giving food away.
More specifically, staff, faculty and students at MSU Billings will be gathering non-perishable food items for distribution through the Billings Food Bank. Led by the university’s Office of Community Involvement, “Trick or Eat” helps those in need in the Billings area.
On Saturday from 5-7 p.m. MSU Billings students, staff and others will spread out through the university district going door-to-door to collect non-perishable food items. Those who want to take part will meet in the Student Union Building atrium at 5 p.m.
It’s an annual tradition when families and students get together to make a difference in the community. All food collected will be delivered to the Billings Food Bank.
