MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — It’s not too late to get on track for college this fall. That will be the message at a pair of free special presentations by Montana State University Billings this month.
The sessions are scheduled for Thursday, July 16 and Thursday, July 30. They will be at noon both days at the Garfield Community Resource Center, Room 112 in the old Garfield School, 3212 1st Ave. S. The sessions are free and open to anyone who is thinking about a college education but doesn’t know where to start. A light lunch will be provided.
Specialists from the Office of New Student Services will present information on the more than 100 degree options and programs offered at MSU Billings, many of them offered online to help accommodate busy lifestyles. Information on two-year, four-year and graduate-level programs will be available.
People can learn how to apply for admission, learn about the financial aid process and find out about the variety of services available at MSU Billings. Whether people choose to attend MSU Billings to become retrained for a new career, getting the foundation they need to jump into the world of work or are staying fresh in their current careers, support and encouragement is available.
