MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — If one of your resolutions for 2010 involves improving your workforce skills, obtaining a degree or advancing your career goals, Montana State University Billings is ready to help you make that fresh start. The university is hosting an open house information night in two locations to get students started.
On Tuesday, Jan. 5, MSU Billings will be open extended hours from 4-7 p.m. at both the main campus and the west end College of Technology so that staff cananswer any questions to make sure students are prepared and confident about starting college. The open house is free.
MSU Billings has more than 160 academic offerings so that students can get the training and education they want. That includes everything from short-term certificates and two-year associate degrees to four-year bachelor’s degrees or master’s degrees. There are many on-site and online offerings to fit the busy lifestyles and schedules of working adults.
Anyone wondering about different degree programs or interested in completing a degree if you’ve already started can find out more information at the open house. There will also be information on the application process, financial aid and career opportunities. Stop in to visit the MSU Billings experts at McMullen Hall off of Poly Drive or at the College of Technology’s Technology Trades Building at 3803 Central Ave.
