The sessions will be led by Dr. Ben Bissell, a nationally recognized speaker who has worked with diverse audiences ranging from NASA to Harvard University.

The sessions are Wednesdays March 12, 19 and 26 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at the MSU Billings Downtown Campus, 208 N. Broadway. Registration fee is $199 per person and covers all three seminars as well as refreshments.

The March 12 session focuses on "Facing the Challenge of Change" and will help participants identify the five stages of change and how to guide employees through uncertain times.

The March 19 session on "Dealing with Difficult People" will provide tools for people to deal with difficult personalities, avoid pitfalls and develop new problem-solving skills.

The Mardch 26 session is on "Managing Anger: Handling Negative Emotions in the Workplace." It is designed to offer practical steps in handling negative emotions in others as well as yourself.
