The Office of International Studies strives to build strong relations with faculty and support their international endeavors and internationalization efforts. MSUB faculty are encouraged to explore how to design and lead faculty-led programs abroad, invite international scholars to teach or research at MSUB, lecture at partner universities abroad, and participate in competitive programs, such as the Fulbright Scholar program. Please explore the options and reach out to us with your ideas. We are excited to work with you!

The Office of International Studies was awarded a multi-year Department of Education grant to support increasing faculty expertise in international studies, with a focus on the East Asian countries of China, Japan, and Korea. Seven (7) awards in the amount of $6,000 will be granted to competitive faculty proposals in 2021. We expect to award 9 grants in both 2022 and 2023.
Interested faculty are encouraged to apply.
