Completely fill out the application.

Only students with completed applications will be considered. Include the information below to ensure your application is not delayed:

  1. Mailing Address
  2. Social Security Number
  3. Family Information - Highest Level of Education Completed
  4. Family Information – Number of People Living in the Household
  5. Family Information – Income
  6. Student and Parent Signatures. 

Step Three

Sign and submit your application. If you download a paper application, turn in the application in one of the following ways:

1.  Return the application to the Talent Search representative at your school

2. Mail the application to:

Billings, MT  59101

3. Return the application to your school counselor
