Petitions requiring a decision during Winter or Summer Break will be reviewed by the Department Chair of Educational Theory and Practice and the Dean of the College of Education.

After the student has signed the petition, submit to the Licensure Specialist by email, jordan.knisely@msubillings.edu, or in person to COE 261 or COE 262. The remaining signatures will be collected by the Licensure Specialist.
