Class 5 Provisional Licensure
Reviewing MSUB Programs:
- Two avenues to obtain licensure:
- Master of Education Curriculum and Instruction– candidate must choose elementary or
secondary level
- Master of Education candidates can be licensed prior to completion of the Advance Professional Core if all other licensure eligibility requirements are met.
- Non-Degree, Post Baccalaureate Teacher Licensure– candidate must choose elementary or secondary level
- Master of Education Curriculum and Instruction– candidate must choose elementary or
secondary level
On the Secondary or K-12 Content Area Major advising worksheets, coursework in the General Education Category and Professional Core is not required.
