Step 1: Attend a Hiring Social

Step 2: Apply Online
Applications will be available and online starting Wednesday, December 7, 2016
Applications are due by Wednesday, February 22, 2017 by 5:00 pm
Step 3: Group Process Interview
All qualified applicants are REQUIRED to attend a group interview process on Sunday, February 26 from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm. During this interview, you will participate in three group activities where you will interact with other candidates as well as with current student leaders and staff. Attendance is mandatory for hire.
Step 4: Individual Interviews
Individual Interviews will take place between Monday, February 27 – Wednesday, March 1, 2017.
Step 5: Staff Announcement
2017-2018 Staff announcements will be emailed by 10:00 am on Friday, March 3, 2017.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE RA POSITION:
- 2.5 GPA Cumulative
- Must have lived in residence hall for at least one semester
- Hired for a full academic year of employment: early August to early May
- Free of any disciplinary sanctions imposed through the University student conduct system at the time of appointment
- Good financial standing with the University
- Must restrict extra-curricular and outside work unless authorized by supervisor
SEMESTERLY COMPENSATION (RA/IRA POSITION)
- Single Room
- Silver or Bronze Meal Plan
- $300 on General Account (Taxable Perk)
- $100 Stipend (paid in 2 $50 installments at the start and end of each semester)
