  • Submissions are open to current students, faculty, staff, alumni, and local community members.

  • All submissions must include the author’s full legal name, institutional affiliation (e.g., major and class standing, academic department, or alumni graduation year), email address, and a daytime phone number. Contact information is used solely for identity verification and is not published.

  • Anonymous submissions and pseudonyms are not accepted.

  • All content must be submitted as plain text within an email body, via our designated web form, or as an attached .docx file. Hyperlinks should be included for any factual claims or data cited.

Content & Editorial Standards

  • Submissions must be the original work of the author and exclusive to this publication. Simultaneous submissions to other outlets will be rejected.

  • We do not publish libelous statements, hate speech, direct personal attacks, commercial solicitations, or unsubstantiated factual allegations.

  • The editorial board reserves the right to edit all submissions for length, clarity, grammar, and adherence to Associated Press (AP) style without altering the core argument.

  • Submission does not guarantee publication. Selection is based on relevance, timeliness, argument quality, and available editorial space.
