**Effective Monday, August 3rd, the Parking Services Office will be permanently located in the University Police Department on the ground level of the Parking Garage, near Poly Drive.

The MSUB Parking Services Office is located in the University Police Department on the Ground Level of the University Parking Garage, and is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm.

Parking Regulations

Montana State University Billings parking regulations are to promote the convenience and safety of all personnel on the campus and to facilitate efficient operations. These regulations are part of the terms and conditions pertaining to students who are enrolled at MSU Billings, to faculty and staff who are employed by the University, and are applicable to all vehicle owners/drivers on campus. Parking on the MSU Billings campus is a privilege, not a right.

"I am not affiliated with Montana State University Billings and I do not have a university ID number."
- All new MSU Bozeman students must select "I am not affiliated..." to create a visitor account using their personal email address. Please retain your password.

Faculty & Staff

Payroll Deduction

Only full-time MSUB faculty and staff members are eligible for payroll deduction. Please complete the Payroll Deduction form through DocuSign.

Visitor & Event Parking

Hourly & Daily parking permits are available for purchase online with Mobile Pay, visit the Visitor Lots/Mobile Pay page for more information. The fee for hourly parking starts at $2 for the first hour, $3 for 2 hours, $4 for 3 hours and $5 for 4+ hours. See the parking map to find a visitor lot or the mobile pay lots that are available.

All visitors parked on campus must have a hanging permit or be registered with with the Mobile Pay system, failure to comply will result in a citation.
The same hanging permit can be used on the University and City College campuses. Mobile Pay registration is lot specific.

1.	Failure to register a vehicle or display valid permit	$42.00

3.	Parking in Loading Zones over 15 minutes or without emergency flashers on	$42.00
