IT Student Support Application

Interested in technology or helping people? Looking for a flexible work schedule to earn money between classes? Looking for work experience in the IT field? If so, working for the Information Technology department may be for you. The Information Technology department is looking for people-oriented and technology interested students to assist students, faculty and/or staff in our diverse university environment. Students must be willing to continually learn and provide a great customer services experience for our community. 

IT student support helps to maintain the campus computer environment by prepping and delivering hardware, installing and configuring software, and helping students, staff, and faculty with various technology needs ranging from resetting their password, connecting to Wi-Fi, helping them log into email, or assisting with hardware issue.
