Webex Assistant - Displaying Live Captioning

You can show closed captions to display what's being said during a Webex Meeting when Webex Assistant is turned on. Webex Assistant provides automated closed captions, making meetings more accessible for meeting participants. As people speak, their mics pick up what they say and Webex Assistant automatically adds it as captioning above the meeting controls.

• To show captions, click the Closed Caption  icon in the lower left of the screen.
• To hide captions, click the Closed Caption  icon in the lower left corner of the screen or clicking the ✕ in the captioning window.

When sharing content, click the CC icon on the ribbon to enable/disable closed captioning.
