*To be eligible to receive this scholarship award you must be present, and accepted (and enrolled full time) for the fall of 2025 at Montana State University Billings or MSU Billings City College. This scholarship is not a cash award; it will be applied to your tuition bill. This scholarship is not transferable to another student or to another college or university. Students who are granted this scholarship must have a final high school GPA of 2.5 or a college transfer cumulative grade of a 2.0.
