Focus Group: Work Duties and Faculty Evaluation 

As a follow-up to last year’s conversation series and faculty wellbeing survey, Joy Honea is partnering with the Center for Teaching and Learning to gather more information about why so many respondents reported feeling like there’s a lack of clarity in their position duties, and/or that they regularly have to prove that they are doing a good job, and what MSUB could do to address the problem. Please join us at one (or both) focus groups to share your thoughts about the responsibilities of your job and your own experience of the faculty evaluation process. All information shared will be kept strictly confidential. And if you don’t want your responses to be recorded as part of our study, that’s okay. You can still come and participate in the conversation!
