MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — As the unemployment rate continues to hover just above 3 percent in Billings and Yellowstone County, area employers are looking for good ways to connect with quality employees. The newest opportunity is the first TechExpo at Montana State University Billings, which matches job and internship opportunities for students with area employers.
