Coach Pfeifer on Weisz: “Adam is entering another level of basketball. He is working hard to elevate his game. We need for Adam to be a consistent defensive stopper and knock down the open shots he gets. The more aggressive he approaches the game, the better he will be.
Dawson County Community College: Averaged seven points and two assists per game…shot 45% from the floor, 37% from behind the arc and 70% from the free throw line … Helped his team to a record of 20-10…was selected team captain…two-time all-academic conference selection.
Melstone High School: Earned four letters in basketball…as a senior, averaged 24 points, five rebounds and four assists per game…helped his team win the Class C State Championship...was a three-time all-conference and two-time all-state selection…co-MVP of the state tournament as a senior…helped his squad to the state semi-finals as a sophomore…lettered in football and track…earned all-state honors in football.
