Women’s Soccer Signs
Minard for 2008
BILLINGS, Mont. – Montana State University
Billings women’s soccer coach Don Trentham announced the signing
of Kelley Minard, Friday. With the addition of Minard,
Trentham now has signed eight student-athletes for the fall.
“Kelley is a great addition to the 2008
recruiting class,” Trentham said. “Her passion for the
game, along with her work ethic should help her develop into a
solid outside back or defensive center midfielder for us.”
Minard, who hails from Helena, Mont., and
prepped at Helena High School, was an honorable mention
all-conference selection in 2006 and 2007. During her
senior year, she started every varsity game at right defender.
She also played for the Helena Arsenal club
soccer team since she was 13 and played three years of Montana
Olympic Development soccer (ODP).
Minard, joins Mikayla Brandhorst, Mykenzie
Deverell, Kristen Drobny, Kaitlyn Keyes, Heather Lansdown, Amy
Remsberg and Kelly Ross who all will join the team in the fall. |
