“It was a very good team effort tonight,”
said Yellowjacket head coach Kevin Woodin. “Each of our players
made a contribution, and I felt the key to the game was the last
minute of the first half, as we were able to push the lead to ten
points. Our defense was good and I liked the way we got the ball
inside as well. We rebounded the ball better on both ends of the
floor and that allowed us to get some baskets. We are looking
forward to tomorrow night’s game, but know it will be much
tougher.”
The Yellowjackets host the Mustangs in game
two of the series Wednesday, January 19th at 7:00 P.M.
at Alterowitz Gymnasium.
