Bills and Donahue Remain among NCAA Stats Leaders (Dec. 1, 2004)

Donahue were each ranked in the top 30 in the NCAA’s
statistical rankings released Wednesday. The final season
rankings will be released following this weekend’s national
championship tournament.
Bills, a sophomore setter from Provo, UT,
ranks 29th in the nation for assists per game. In her
first full season with the Yellowjackets, Bills averaged 12.51
assists per game. She handed out 1163 assists this season,
ranking her second in school history for total assists in a single
season. Bills earned Pacific West Conference honorable mention
recognition.
Donahue, a senior from Whitefish, MT, ranks
27th for individual hitting percentage. The transfer
posted a .373 hitting percentage in her only season as a
Yellowjacket, setting the school single season record by 38
percentage points. Donahue was named to the Pacific West
Conference second team. |
