Men’s Tennis Fall to Eighth Seeded New Mexico (Mar. 23, 2005)
BOISE, ID - The Montana State
University-Billings men’s tennis team competed in the
first round of play at the Boise State Red Lion
Invitational Wednesday where they fell to eighth seeded
New Mexico State University, 5-1. The match was played
at the Crane Creek Country Club in Boise after inclement
weather forced the match to be contested indoors.
Senior Sean O’Daniel (Sr., Mile
City, MT) playing in the number six position was the
only Yellowjacket to earn a team point winning his
singles match 6-1, 2-6, (11-9) in a tie break.
Doubles matches were not played.
