MSUB has Full Field for Yellowjacket Golf Tournament (June 2, 2003)

BILLINGS, MT – This Thursday’s Yellowjacket Athletics scholarship golf tournament has a full field with 26 teams signed up to play.  The event will have a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. at Pryor Creek Golf Club, the home course of the Yellowjackets.  Some teams will tee off early to accommodate the large number of teams in this year’s field.

The tournament, which raises money for athletic scholarships at MSUB, will feature prizes for the teams who post the lowest gross and lowest net scores.  There will also be 18 hole prizes and numerous door and raffle prizes.  Before the event, individuals can participate in long drive and long putt contests.  There will also be a free barbeque for all participants at the conclusion of the tournament.  Teams can begin checking in at 11:30 a.m. at the Pryor Creek clubhouse.
