Lady Jackets in Fifth Place at Bear Spring
Invitational (Apr. 12, 2004)
GREELEY, CO – The Montana
State-Billings women’s golf team sits in fifth place
at the six-team Bear Spring Invitational hosted by
the University of Northern Colorado. The tournament
will wrap up on Tuesday with the final 18 holes at
the Pelican Lakes C.C.
Amanda Rabenberg shot a
first-round 88 to lead the Yellowjackets. She is
alone in sixteenth place in the individual
standings. Elizabeth Marshall carded a 94, followed
by Julie Clifford with a 96 and Dusty Lindeen and
Nicole Clayton who each shot 99.
Northern Colorado leads the
team standings with a total score of 317. UNC’s
Emily Russell and Meagan Dahlberg are tied for the
individual lead with first round 74s.
