Yellowjackets Prepare for Final Weekend with Exhibition Win (Feb. 28, 2004)
BILLINGS, MT – Montana State-Billings filled
its bye week with an exhibition game against a team of former
Yellowjackets Saturday night, winning 144-93. Dave Carse scored
41 points and made 13 three-pointers to lead all scorers. All six
Yellowjackets scored in double figures. Montana AAU was led by 27
from Joey Trotier.
The Yellowjackets (15-10 overall, 6-8
PacWest) conclude the regular season with games against Western
New Mexico on March 4 and 6. Tip off for both games will be 7:00
p.m. at Alterowitz Gymnasium. Saturday, March 6 will be Senior
Night for Carse, Jerett Skrifvars and Bill Day.
