Season Outlook
Jones is the Yellowjackets' top freshman recruit for
2002. She was a three-sport star (volleyball,
track, and basketball) at Harlowton High School,
earning a total of 12 varsity letters in the three
sports. While she participated in the state
tournament in all three sports, Jones excelled in
volleyball. She earned All-State honors three
times and was twice named the state tournament MVP
after leading the Engineers to back-to-back state
titles. After posting 455 kills, 185 blocks,
and 161 digs as a high school senior, Jones should
have an opportunity to work her way into the
Yellowjackets' lineup as a freshman. |
