MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — MSU Billings Professor of Education Chris Harrison, Ph.D., was recently featured on Education Week’s blog as a guest contributor. His article “Working Together: School District Leaders' Advice to Ed. Researchers” can be found here.

 

Dr. Harrison’s complete research findings expand on the topic of his blog post and were published in the International Journal of Education Policy and Leadership. Read the research article here.

 

Dr. Harrison is an Assistant Professor of Educational Theory and Practice in the College of Education. This is his first semester teaching at MSUB. He teaches courses on philosophical, legal and ethical issues in education for both undergraduate and graduate students and the graduate-level research interpretation and design course, which focuses on how to read, unpack, and interpret research.

 

He received his Ph.D. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a master’s degree in Social Studies Education from Florida State University and a Bachelor of History degree from the University of South Florida.
