Library Classroom Schedules
As of June 1, 2012
the Library classroom schedules are viewable through the university’s
Event Management System (EMS) for scheduling university space.
Please click on this link
http://ems.msubillings.edu/VirtualEMS/BrowseEvents.aspx
to
access the system. Once at
this page please click on the Filter link on the right side of the page to
bring up the filter menu.
From this menu select the Facilities drop down box
and choose Library. Then hit
the apply button.
This will let you see everything that is scheduled in the library spaces. In this new system Library 117 is the 1st floor library laptop classroom and Library 302 (or Conference Rm) is the 3rd floor library classroom.
To schedule one of the library classroom spaces for purposes other than library instruction, please go through your department’s administrative associate who has been fully trained in the use of this scheduling system.
To schedule library instruction for
your courses please use the
Library Instruction Request Form as
always.
If you have any questions about viewing schedules or
requesting space in this new system, please contact your department’s
administrative associate who has been fully trained in the EMS system.
