Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds
In the event that a course at MSUB Extended Campus does not meet the minimum number of participants, it will be canceled and participants will be called at least 5 (five) days prior to the start of the course. In the event a course is canceled, a full refund will be given or the fee can be transferred to pay for a different course.
If you must cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund if it is canceled 5 (five) business days prior to the start date of the program or course. After this date there will be no refunds. Cancellations can be emailed by using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (406) 896-5890.
Please note there are three different ways to register for a course through Extended Campus: using our online system, calling us over the phone and giving us your credit card, or by coming in person to pay (by credit card or check). If you must cancel your registration or if we must cancel a course, your refund will be issued directly back on your credit card ONLY if you paid by credit card using our online registration system. If you call or come into our office to pay using a credit card or by check, we must issue a refund through the State of Montana which requires a completed W9 form (and you must provide your social security number).
