Introduction to TIG Welding
Intro to TIG welding is a 20-hour non-credit class that introduces the basics of the GTAW process. This training includes different types of joints, shop safety and practices, welding equipment, and execution of manual gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). Safe practices and operation of tools and equipment are explained and demonstrated.

PREREQUISITES
Prior Welding Experience (Introduction to Welding), basic knowledge of hand tools,
ability to read and utilize a tape measure, and good hand-eye coordination.
